Already selling on eBay?
Start selling on Depop in an afternoon.
Listalong copies your existing eBay listings to Depop and keeps both shops in sync: listings, sales, and the Australia Post shipping run. No second spreadsheet, no listing everything twice.
- Free trial, no card required
- Built for approval-first listing
- Disconnect controls planned
Your existing accounts, no affiliation with either platform - just an independent tool that does the boring bits.
Watch a listing cross to Depop — and come down when it sells
A quick look at the dashboard doing the boring bits: posting your eBay listings to Depop, then pulling items off both sides the moment one sells — on either platform.
Three steps, then it mostly leaves you alone
-
Connect your accounts
Link your eBay store and your Depop shop once. Listalong reads your active eBay listings — titles, photos, prices, sizes, brands, the lot.
-
Approve what to cross-list
Tick items off one by one, or set auto-rules like “list everything in Clothing automatically”. Anything that breaches Depop policy gets flagged before it goes anywhere near your shop.
-
Sales sync themselves
Sell on eBay and the Depop listing comes down within minutes — and vice versa. No double-selling, no frantic late-night delisting.
From “only on eBay” to “live on Depop” before dinner
Not a someday project. Here’s the shape of a typical first setup.
- 5 min
Connect your accounts
Link eBay and Depop. Listalong pulls in your active eBay listings — photos, prices, sizes, the lot.
- 20 min
Review the auto-mapped categories
Your eBay categories arrive already translated to Depop’s. Skim them, fix any you disagree with — each fix becomes a permanent rule.
- 10 min
Bulk-approve your clothing
Tick a whole category at once, or set “auto-list everything in Clothing”. Prohibited items are already flagged, so you’re not babysitting it.
- Done
Watch it go live
Listings post to Depop in the background. Sell on either side and the other comes down on its own. Go source something.
Everything between “sourced it” and “shipped it”
Built around how resellers actually work: list on eBay like you always have, and let the Depop side take care of itself.
Listing automation
- Auto cross-listing
New eBay listings are posted to Depop automatically — full title, description, photos, price, size and brand carried across.
- Category mapping that learns
eBay categories are translated to Depop’s. Correct one mapping once and it becomes a permanent rule — you never fix the same thing twice.
- Auto-approve rules
Set “list everything in Clothing automatically” while toys and electronics wait for your say-so. You decide how hands-off to be.
Sales sync
- Sold-item sync, both directions
Sells on eBay? Gone from Depop within minutes. Sells on Depop? The eBay listing is ended. Double-selling stops being a thing you worry about.
- One dashboard, both shops
Every item tracked across both platforms: Not Listed, Approved, Live on Depop, Sold — with “Sold on eBay” and “Sold on Depop” labels so you always know which.
Shipping
- One-click MyPost export
All pending Depop orders exported to an AusPost MyPost bulk-import CSV — per-order satchel size, weight and address validation included.
- Tracking pushed back automatically
Upload the AusPost label PDF and the tracking numbers are parsed out and sent to Depop for you. No copy-pasting twelve tracking codes at 11pm.
Safety & control
- Policy guardrails
Items on Depop’s prohibited list — electronics, battery-operated goods, gaming hardware — are flagged before listing, so your account stays in good standing.
- Token-expiry alerts
Email or SMS warning before your Depop connection lapses, so the sync never quietly stops working behind your back.
- Nothing lists without a rule or a tick
Listalong only ever lists what you’ve approved — individually or via a rule you wrote. Your shop, your call.
Built for two shops, not spread across six
The big cross-listers chase every marketplace, and you pay for the ones you’ll never use. Listalong does the eBay-to-Depop run properly — including the Australia Post shipping step the others leave to you.

Need to be on six marketplaces? Use one of the big tools — honestly. If you just want Depop running alongside eBay without the faff, that’s this.
Turn a day of Depop orders into one Australia Post upload
Export every pending order to a MyPost bulk-import file in a click, then drop the label PDF back in and let the tracking numbers push themselves to Depop.
“I run a vintage store with over a thousand active eBay listings, and for years Depop was the shop I meant to keep up with. Listing everything twice was hours of copy-paste a week, and the one time I forgot to delist a sold item, I learnt what an angry double-sale refund feels like. So I built the tool I wanted: list on eBay like normal, and the Depop side just… happens.”
— Founder, Listalong
Five bucks. No per-listing maths.
Other cross-listers charge more because they juggle six marketplaces. We do two, properly, for less than a coffee a month.
AU$5 /month
Free trial first. Cancel any time. That's the whole pricing page.
One prevented double-sale refund pays for the year. The hours back are a bonus.
- Unlimited cross-listings

For comparison: multi-marketplace cross-listers run US$9-30 a month - for platforms you're not on yet.

Fair questions, honest answers
Is this affiliated with eBay or Depop?
No. Listalong is an independent tool with no official partnership, endorsement or sponsorship from eBay, Depop or Australia Post. It is being built to work with your own eBay and Depop accounts on your behalf.
Is my account safe?
Listalong is being built around careful, seller-approved actions: create listings, end listings, and update tracking at a sensible pace. The planned guardrails are there to protect your Depop standing by flagging restricted categories before they are listed. Credentials and connection tokens will be protected with appropriate technical controls, including encryption where supported by the launch infrastructure.
What happens when something sells?
The goal is simple: if an item sells on eBay, the matching Depop listing comes down, and if it sells on Depop, the eBay listing ends. Either way, the item should show on your dashboard as sold, labelled with which platform it sold on so your books stay straight.
How is this different from Vendoo, Flyp and the other cross-listers?
Those tools juggle five or six marketplaces, and the price and complexity reflect that. Listalong deliberately focuses on one route: eBay to Depop. The aim is to do the whole job simply: listing, sold-item sync in both directions, and the Australia Post shipping run. If you need to be on six platforms, use one of them. If you want a second shop without a second job, this is the simpler, cheaper way to start.
Do you support other marketplaces?
Not yet, and that is deliberate. eBay to Depop is the focus while we get it rock solid. Other marketplaces and other directions are on the roadmap. Joining the waitlist is the best way to vote on which comes first.
Why do I need to reconnect Depop sometimes?
Depop login sessions expire periodically. That is a Depop behaviour, not ours, and there is no way around it. The plan is to warn you by email or SMS before the connection lapses, so you can reconnect before syncing is interrupted.
I have 1,200 listings. Will this cope?
That is exactly the kind of store Listalong is being built for. The initial import will be paced deliberately; after that, the aim is for updates to be incremental and fast.
