Vendoo and List Perfectly are two of the biggest names an online reseller will meet when researching cross-listing software.
Both can reduce repetitive listing work. Both offer a central inventory or catalogue. Both have tools for moving products between marketplaces and handling sold stock.
For an Australian seller, however, the normal US comparison misses the most important question:
Does either tool officially support the Australian version of the marketplaces you use?
That question matters more than a long feature list.
This is a documentation-based comparison checked on 21 July 2026, not a controlled hands-on test using Australian accounts. Listalong is our own competing eBay-to-Depop product. Neither Vendoo nor List Perfectly paid for, reviewed or approved this article.
Vendoo vs List Perfectly: quick comparison
| Question | Vendoo | List Perfectly |
|---|---|---|
| Official Australian support | Worldwide drafting and inventory access, but marketplace availability varies | No; official support is for US marketplace versions |
| eBay Australia | eBay is supported generally; eBay.com.au is not clearly documented | eBay US is supported; regional eBay versions are outside the official support promise |
| Depop for Australians | Depop is listed, but Australian account compatibility is not separately confirmed | Depop US is supported; other regional versions are not officially supported |
| Main workflow | Vendoo inventory as the listing hub | Direct marketplace copying or an LP Catalog workflow |
| Current displayed monthly plans | $14.99, $29.99 and $59.99 | $29, $49, $69 and $99+ |
| Listing volume | Current plan cards advertise unlimited items | Unlimited listings and cross-listing, with features varying by plan |
| Mobile workflow | iOS and Android apps; some important tasks still require a computer | Mobile drafting and image tools; cross-listing requires an extension-capable device |
| Automatic delisting | Included on current Starter; still beta and computer-dependent | Pro Plus only; extension, catalogue links and other conditions apply |
| Trial | 14 days, payment method required and automatic billing after the trial | No conventional free trial; five-day or 100-listing money-back window, whichever comes first |
| Best fit | A seller prepared to test a broad inventory system on their exact accounts | A US-based seller using supported US marketplace accounts who wants a detailed catalogue system |
The rest of this guide explains why those differences matter in a real Australian workflow.
The Australian support question comes first
A marketplace logo is not a regional support promise.
eBay US and eBay Australia share a brand, but they do not have identical listing forms. The same issue can arise with currencies, shipping services, addresses and account connections on other marketplaces.
Vendoo’s FAQ says the software can be used from anywhere in the world to draft listings and manage inventory. It immediately adds an important qualification: access to marketplaces is limited by location, and users may not be able to publish to particular US marketplaces.
That is not a clear confirmation of Australian compatibility. It is permission to use the software with a warning that the marketplace layer may vary.
Vendoo’s own regional help centres reinforce the point. Its main help centre currently names ten integrations, including eBay, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace and Shopify. Its European help centre lists a smaller regional group. There is no equivalent public Australian integration page that tells an eBay.com.au seller exactly what is supported.
List Perfectly is less ambiguous.
Its FAQ says the platform is officially built, tested and supported for US use. It welcomes people outside the US to try it, but does not guarantee international performance, compatibility or region-specific support. The same FAQ says only US versions of marketplaces are supported and uses eBay and Depop regional examples to explain the limitation.
That does not mean the List Perfectly website is inaccessible from Australia. It means an Australian eBay or Depop workflow is outside the company’s stated support guarantee.
For deeper compatibility checks, read our separate guides to Vendoo in Australia and List Perfectly in Australia.
eBay Australia and Depop: what each company documents
Vendoo supports eBay and Depop as named integrations. Its help centre explains how to connect accounts, import active listings, use eBay business policies and troubleshoot a Depop connection.
What those pages do not clearly say is that the same workflow has been tested against:
- eBay.com.au categories
- Australian dollars
- Australian item locations
- Australia Post and local courier services
- eBay Australia business policies
- Australian Depop addresses and postage settings
- local size, condition and category fields
This distinction is easy to miss. A tool may successfully import photos and a description while still mishandling a postage service or required item specific.
Vendoo therefore belongs in the test carefully category, not the confirmed Australian support category.
List Perfectly belongs in a different category. Its documentation expressly limits official support to US marketplace versions. Unless List Perfectly gives you written confirmation for your exact accounts, eBay.com.au and an Australian Depop account should be treated as unsupported configurations.
Using a genuine US marketplace account removes one regional mismatch, but operating List Perfectly from Australia still remains outside its official US-only support guarantee.
Marketplace coverage: count useful destinations
Vendoo and List Perfectly both promote broad marketplace coverage. That sounds impressive until the list is filtered for Australia.
Vendoo’s main help centre currently names:
- eBay
- Etsy
- Poshmark
- Mercari
- Depop
- Grailed
- Facebook Marketplace
- Shopify
- Vestiaire Collective
- Whatnot, marked beta
List Perfectly’s FAQ currently names eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and Whatnot, with additional cross-listing support involving Shopify and Instagram.
Those global counts should not decide an Australian purchase.
Poshmark closed its Australian marketplace in 2023. Other integrations in the global counts may also be irrelevant when you do not already have a supported seller account. List Perfectly’s international guidance rules out non-US marketplace versions, while Vendoo’s regional documentation shows that available integrations can differ by location.
The useful comparison is your own list:
- Write down the marketplaces where you already have seller accounts.
- Record the exact regional site for each account.
- Ask each provider whether that regional account is supported.
- Ignore every integration you will not use.
If the answer is simply eBay Australia and Depop, paying for ten marketplace logos may not improve your business.
How their listing workflows differ
Vendoo wants to become your listing hub.
You can import active listings into Vendoo or create products there first. The inventory record then becomes the central place for photos, listing details, marketplace versions, status and sales information.
That model makes sense when you regularly list to several channels. It does require a workflow change if eBay Seller Hub is currently the centre of your business.
List Perfectly offers two routes:
- copy directly from one marketplace to another
- import into the LP Catalog and publish from there
Direct cross-listing can be quicker for one-off moves. The catalogue route is needed for stronger inventory management, bulk updates, sales records and automated sold-item features.
The plan level also changes how much listing information List Perfectly transfers. Its current pricing table shows that the Simple plan transfers title, description and price, but not fields such as brand, colour, size, quantity, condition or shipping dimensions. Business and Pro add progressively more listing and inventory tools.
For a clothing reseller, missing brand, size and condition is not a minor detail. It can turn an apparently cheap plan into a large amount of manual form filling.
Before comparing monthly prices, list the fields you expect the software to move. Include the boring ones. They are often where the time actually goes.
Vendoo vs List Perfectly pricing
Vendoo’s current pricing page displays three main monthly plans:
| Vendoo plan | Displayed monthly price | Main differences shown |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $14.99 | Unlimited items, all marketplaces, importing, templates, analytics, mobile access, sale detection and auto-delisting |
| Growth | $29.99 | Adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions and 300 background removals |
| Pro | $59.99 | Adds offers, marketplace sharing, listing videos and 1,500 background removals |
Vendoo’s prominent pricing cards show these newer unlimited-item plans. However, parts of Vendoo’s own live FAQ still describe its previous item-count and add-on model. Treat the top-level plan cards as the current offer, but confirm the allowance, included marketplaces and price shown in checkout before subscribing.
List Perfectly currently displays:
| List Perfectly plan | Displayed monthly price | Practical step-up |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | $29 | Unlimited basic cross-listing, but a narrow set of transferred fields |
| Business | $49 | Bulk importing and editing, broader fields, catalogue search and analytics |
| Pro | $69 | More complete listing fields, sales detection, relisting and higher tool quotas |
| Pro Plus | $99+ | Auto Delist, sub-accounts and additional automation |
These are not like-for-like tiers. Vendoo’s entry plan includes features that List Perfectly reserves for higher plans, while List Perfectly may suit sellers who value its particular catalogue and direct-copy workflows.
List Perfectly’s FAQ and detailed pricing grid are not completely aligned on which plans include importing, Mark Sold and Delist/Relist. This comparison follows the detailed plan grid checked on 21 July 2026. Confirm any must-have feature with List Perfectly before choosing a tier.
The dollar sign should not be silently read as Australian dollars. Before subscribing, check:
- the billing currency at checkout
- the card provider’s exchange rate
- any international transaction fee
- GST or other tax shown on the invoice
- whether the plan is monthly or annual
- the cancellation and refund rules
The useful number is the final AUD card charge, not the number in a US comparison article.
Which trial is easier to evaluate?
Vendoo advertises a 14-day trial of its paid plans. A payment method is required, and the subscription starts automatically after the trial unless it is cancelled. Vendoo’s FAQ still mentions a five-item free plan; verify that it is offered in the current signup flow.
List Perfectly’s FAQ uses inconsistent wording: one answer describes free listings, while another says there is no conventional free trial. The dedicated guarantee terms provide the clearest rules. New customers enter payment details and receive a money-back window of five days or up to 100 listings, whichever comes first. Those terms say every destination listing can count towards usage, so a small batch sent to several marketplaces may use the allowance quickly.
Vendoo provides more calendar time. List Perfectly’s window may still be enough for an organised test, but only if your test products and checklist are ready before signing up.
Do not begin either test by importing your entire store. The goal is to discover regional problems while the consequences are small.
Mobile use: the apps are not equivalent
Vendoo has native iOS and Android apps. Its mobile help page lists drafting, photo editing, listing, cross-listing, inventory management, individual relisting, marking items sold and analytics.
There are important desktop dependencies. Vendoo says you must use a computer to get started because importing is unavailable on mobile. Bulk delist/relist, CSV downloads, Facebook Marketplace and Shopify are also excluded from the mobile app. Vendoo’s mobile feature page lists Sale Detection and Auto Delist among features that are not available as standalone mobile functions. Its separate sale-detection guide says detection can continue while you are mobile, provided an awake, connected computer remains running.
List Perfectly works differently. Its FAQ says sellers can create drafts, manage images and use pricing tools from a mobile browser. Cross-listing actions require Chrome or Edge on a device that supports extensions, such as a desktop, laptop, Chromebook or Surface Pro.
So if you photograph, draft and list mostly from a phone, Vendoo has the more complete mobile workflow. Neither tool removes the need to understand its desktop and extension requirements.
Automatic delisting and double-selling risk
Automatic delisting is one of the most valuable features in cross-listing software. It is also one of the easiest features to oversimplify.
Vendoo’s pricing page includes sale detection and auto-delisting on Starter. Its help centre still labels the feature beta and says:
- the computer must be on and awake
- Vendoo and the marketplaces must remain connected
- sale detection must be enabled
- supported marketplaces are scanned periodically
- multi-quantity items are not fully delisted until the last unit is sold
- an error can still require manual action
List Perfectly separates Sales Detection from Auto Delist. Sales Detection is available on Pro, while automatic delisting requires Pro Plus.
List Perfectly’s Auto Delist guide says the device running its extension must remain on, the marketplaces must stay logged in and each live listing must be linked correctly to the LP Catalog. Multi-quantity listings require manual handling, and open offers, captchas or marketplace changes can interrupt the process.
Neither workflow should be described as a guarantee that double-selling can never happen. A responsible test includes a genuine low-risk sale, followed by checking how quickly and accurately the other listing ends.
Our guide to avoiding double-selling across marketplaces includes a manual fallback routine as well.
Who should choose Vendoo?
Vendoo is the stronger candidate of these two when:
- you want one inventory system for several marketplaces
- you value a native mobile app
- you need importing, analytics and sale detection on the entry plan
- you want bulk actions or marketplace engagement tools on higher plans
- you are willing to test Australian account compatibility carefully
- you are comfortable letting Vendoo become the centre of the listing workflow
The important word is test. Vendoo’s general international access is more encouraging than an explicit US-only policy, but it is not the same as a published Australian support guarantee.
Who might choose List Perfectly?
List Perfectly may suit someone who:
- operates supported US marketplace accounts
- likes direct marketplace-to-marketplace copying
- wants a detailed LP Catalog and its particular inventory tools
- values unlimited cross-listing more than native mobile operation
- needs Pro Plus team features or automation
- has confirmed that every required account and marketplace is supported
For a normal eBay.com.au seller, the regional support statement is the decisive problem. A feature cannot save time if the provider does not officially support the account using it.
If Crosslist is also on your shortlist, our Crosslist vs List Perfectly Australia comparison explains why Crosslist has a clearer documented Australian position.
Where Listalong fits
Vendoo and List Perfectly are broad products for resellers managing several marketplace channels. If that is genuinely your business, the additional catalogue, analytics and bulk features may be worth the setup.
Listalong is built for a narrower Australian job:
Start with active eBay.com.au listings, choose which items belong on Depop, review the prepared version and keep each linked one-off item monitored after it goes live.
Listalong reuses available eBay photos, title, description, price, postage and item details. You still review the Depop version before publishing. Suitability warnings help flag stock that may not belong on Depop rather than sending an entire eBay store across blindly. Those warnings are guidance; you remain responsible for listing accuracy, inventory and marketplace compliance.
Listing creation runs from eBay to Depop, not from Depop back to eBay. Once the two listings are linked, sold-item sync is designed to end the matching listing when the item sells on either marketplace. That helps reduce double-selling risk, but it cannot rule out two near-simultaneous purchases.
A Chrome extension is part of Listalong’s Depop connection workflow. Depop may occasionally require a reconnect, so sellers should act on connection warnings before syncing is interrupted.
Listalong is aimed at one-off reseller stock rather than replenishable warehouse quantities. It does not currently cover other marketplace routes or replenishable quantity syncing. It also includes a MyPost-friendly export for pending Depop orders and a workflow for returning tracking details to Depop.
It is currently free and no access code is required. A paid model may be introduced later, with pricing announced before any change.

A fair Australian test before choosing
Use the same five products in each service so the result is comparable:
- a straightforward branded T-shirt
- jeans with detailed size and measurement information
- shoes with condition notes
- a bag with several photos and a longer description
- an item using an eBay business policy and paid postage
For every product, check:
- photos and their order
- title and description
- AUD price
- brand, size, colour and condition
- category and required item specifics
- Australian item location
- domestic and international postage
- return or business-policy settings
- the public listing after publication
- the link between matching inventory records
Then complete four workflow tests:
1. Edit a live item
Change the price and description. Record which fields update automatically and which require manual work.
2. End and relist an item
Make sure the new listing link remains attached to the correct inventory record.
3. Test mobile reality
Perform the actions you normally do from your phone. Do not award points for a mobile feature you will never use or ignore a desktop dependency that affects every sale.
4. Observe a low-risk sale
Check the sale-detection record and the matching listing on the other marketplace. Keep a manual sold-item check in place until you have seen the workflow operate reliably on your accounts.
This test reveals more than a 40-row feature table.
Final verdict
Between Vendoo and List Perfectly, Vendoo is the more sensible first test for most Australian sellers.
Vendoo permits worldwide use for drafting and inventory management, offers a stronger mobile workflow and currently puts importing and auto-delisting on its entry plan. The unresolved issue is regional marketplace compatibility: its public documentation still does not clearly guarantee the complete eBay.com.au and Australian Depop workflow.
List Perfectly is easier to rule on. Its official documentation says US marketplace versions only. It may be a substantial product for sellers operating supported US accounts, but an Australian eBay seller should not assume that its integrations apply to eBay.com.au.
If you genuinely manage several confirmed marketplaces, test Vendoo with a small representative batch.
If your job is simply moving suitable eBay Australia listings to Depop, both products may be broader than necessary. That focused workflow is where Listalong fits.
