List Perfectly is a well-known cross-listing and inventory platform. Its website promotes unlimited cross-listing, a central catalogue, bulk tools, marketplace-specific fields and automatic sold-item handling on higher plans.
That feature list can sound ideal if you sell on eBay and Depop in Australia.
There is one important catch: marketplace names are not the same thing as regional support.
That is a more useful answer than simply saying “yes” because the website opens in Australia.
This guide examines List Perfectly’s public documentation, current feature pages and pricing from the point of view of an Australian reseller. It is not a sponsored review or a claim that we have completed a full Australian account test. Listalong is a competing Australian cross-listing product, so the sources used are linked at the end for you to check directly.
What is List Perfectly?
List Perfectly is designed to help resellers create, move and manage listings across several online marketplaces.
Its current platform page names marketplaces including:
- eBay
- Depop
- Etsy
- Facebook Marketplace
- Grailed
- Mercari
- Poshmark
- Vestiaire Collective
- Whatnot
- Shopify, Instagram and Listing Party for particular cross-listing workflows
You can cross-list directly from one marketplace to another or import items into a List Perfectly catalogue first. The catalogue route adds inventory organisation, linked marketplace records, bulk tools and sales-management features.
That broader system may suit a reseller operating across many US marketplace accounts. It is more than a simple copy-and-paste utility.
For Australian sellers, however, the first question is not how many marketplace logos appear on the feature page. It is whether the tool supports the Australian version of the marketplaces you actually use.
Is List Perfectly officially supported in Australia?
Not in the same way it is supported in the United States.
List Perfectly’s current FAQ says the platform is officially built, tested and supported for use in the US. It says people outside the US are welcome to try it, but performance, compatibility and support quality are not guaranteed.
Its contact page is even more specific. It says List Perfectly fully supports US-based marketplaces and shops using US-dollar currency. It gives eBay Canada as an example of a regional eBay channel it cannot support.
That example matters because eBay Australia is also a separate regional marketplace.
This does not prove that every List Perfectly action will fail in Australia. It means Australian compatibility is not something the company promises publicly.
Treat that distinction seriously if the software will become the centre of your inventory system.
Does List Perfectly work with eBay Australia?
List Perfectly lists eBay as a supported platform, but its public documentation does not confirm support for eBay.com.au.
An Australian eBay account involves regional details that a generic “eBay supported” statement may not cover:
- Australian dollars
- Australian item locations
- eBay Australia categories and item specifics
- Australia Post and local courier services
- domestic postage prices
- Australian return settings
- eBay business policies
- tax and account settings
A tool can connect to an account and still mishandle one of those fields.
Before subscribing, ask List Perfectly support a precise question:
Does List Perfectly currently support importing from and publishing to an eBay.com.au seller account in AUD, including Australian categories, postage and business policies?
Keep the reply. “We support eBay” is not the same answer.
If support confirms that your setup can be tested, start with a few low-risk listings from different categories. Inspect the final public listing on eBay Australia rather than relying only on what appears inside the cross-listing tool.
Does List Perfectly work with Depop Australia?
List Perfectly lists Depop and publishes resources for Depop sellers. Its general feature pages discuss cross-listing to Depop, linking listings and detecting sales.
The regional uncertainty still applies.
An Australian Depop seller should verify:
- the Australian account address
- AUD pricing
- Australian sizes and category choices
- domestic postage settings
- the final item location
- whether existing listings import correctly
- whether a sale is detected
- whether the linked listing is removed from the other marketplace
Do not test only the easiest T-shirt listing. Include an item with a different size, category or shipping setup so you can see where field mapping becomes awkward.
Our guide to software for selling on eBay and Depop in Australia explains why these local fields matter when the same item appears on both platforms.
What features does List Perfectly include?
List Perfectly’s main strength is breadth.
Depending on the plan, its current pricing and FAQ pages describe features such as:
- unlimited listings and cross-listing
- a central inventory catalogue
- direct marketplace-to-marketplace cross-listing
- single-click and bulk importing on eligible plans
- bulk editing
- listing templates
- marketplace-specific fields and titles
- image hosting and editing
- AI-assisted listing creation
- sales analytics
- delisting and relisting
- sales detection
- automatic delisting on Pro Plus
- sub-accounts and higher-volume tools on Pro Plus
That can be valuable for a large reseller managing several compatible marketplaces.
It can also be more system than a small seller needs. If you already list normally on eBay Australia and only want to add selected clothing to Depop, the catalogue, bulk tools and US-focused marketplace coverage may not justify the setup.

List Perfectly pricing for Australian sellers
As checked on 21 July 2026, the public pricing page displays these monthly amounts:
| Plan | Displayed monthly price | Main difference |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | $29 | Basic unlimited cross-listing with a narrower set of transferred fields |
| Business | $49 | Bulk importing, bulk editing, more listing fields and analytics |
| Pro | $69 | Broader inventory and listing tools, plus sales detection |
| Pro Plus | $99+ | Auto Delist, sub-accounts and higher automation allowances |
The displayed price is not the complete Australian cost decision.
Before subscribing, check:
- the currency charged at checkout
- the current AUD conversion
- GST or other tax treatment
- card conversion margins
- possible international transaction fees
- whether the plan contains the specific feature you need
Do not compare the $29 headline with an Australian subscription price as if both figures are automatically in the same currency.
The more important issue is compatibility. Even an inexpensive plan is poor value if it cannot reliably handle eBay Australia or your Australian Depop account.
Does List Perfectly prevent double-selling?
List Perfectly offers manual sold-item tools on its broader workflow and automatic delisting on the Pro Plus plan.
Its documentation says Auto Delist depends on several things being in place:
- Sales Detection must be enabled
- the List Perfectly browser extension must be running on a device
- the marketplaces must remain logged in
- the catalogue needs correct marketplace listing links
- the listing quantity must be one
- the marketplace must be supported
If the device or extension is not active, the catalogue links are wrong or a marketplace changes its website, automatic action can be interrupted.
That does not make the feature useless. It means “Auto Delist included” should not be interpreted as an invisible cloud service that works under every condition.
Australian sellers have an extra test: confirm that sales from the Australian account are detected correctly before trusting the feature with one-off stock.
Until then, keep a manual sold-item routine. The guide to preventing the same item from selling twice provides a simple fallback process.
Can you use List Perfectly on a phone?
The pricing page lists mobile access, and List Perfectly says its catalogue can be accessed through a mobile browser.
That does not mean every workflow is phone-only.
List Perfectly describes itself as a browser-extension-based system for moving listing information into marketplace forms. Auto Delist also requires a device running the extension. Australian sellers who mainly photograph and list from a phone should test the entire workflow they expect to use, not just whether the catalogue opens on mobile.
Check how many steps still require a desktop browser, how marketplace tabs open and whether reviewing destination fields feels manageable on your normal device.
Is List Perfectly safe?
List Perfectly says its extension moves your own listing data into marketplace forms and does not require marketplace passwords or usernames. Sellers log in to each marketplace themselves and remain responsible for reviewing and publishing listings.
That seller-controlled approach is preferable to handing a third party your marketplace password.
Normal account safety still matters:
- install extensions only from the provider’s official link
- use unique marketplace passwords and two-step verification
- review permissions when an extension updates
- check every listing before publishing
- follow the destination marketplace’s current policies
- monitor early imports, sales and delisting actions
No cross-listing tool removes the seller’s responsibility for listing accuracy.
List Perfectly versus Listalong
List Perfectly and Listalong both reduce repeated listing work, but they are designed around different starting points.
| Question | List Perfectly | Listalong |
|---|---|---|
| Main market | Officially built and supported for US-based marketplaces | Built for Australian resellers |
| Marketplace scope | Broad multi-marketplace system | Focused eBay Australia to Depop workflow |
| Starting point | Direct cross-listing or central List Perfectly catalogue | Existing active eBay listings |
| Australian compatibility | Not guaranteed in public support guidance | Australian accounts and workflow are the product focus |
| Publishing control | Seller reviews marketplace forms before publishing | Seller approves prepared Depop listings |
| Sold-item workflow | Manual tools, sales detection and Pro Plus Auto Delist with extension requirements | Linked eBay and Depop sold-item handling |
| Shipping workflow | General listing and inventory fields | Australian postage and MyPost-oriented workflow |
| Current pricing | $29 to $99+ displayed monthly; confirm currency and checkout cost | Currently free; no access code required; a paid model may come later, with pricing announced before any change |
| Best fit | Sellers operating across several supported US marketplace accounts | Australian eBay sellers adding Depop |
List Perfectly is the broader platform. If its supported marketplace region matches your accounts and you will use its catalogue, bulk tools and wider feature set, that breadth may be valuable.
Listalong is intentionally narrower. It is for the seller whose real problem is:
My stock is already on eBay Australia. I want to reuse that work on Depop without building every listing again.
Neither description makes one tool universally better. The useful question is which product officially supports your accounts and removes the work you actually have.
Who might still test List Perfectly from Australia?
List Perfectly may still be worth investigating if:
- your selling accounts are based on supported US marketplaces
- you manage inventory for a US-based shop from Australia
- you need a central catalogue and broad inventory tools
- you use several of its supported marketplace channels
- support confirms your exact regional setup
- you are comfortable testing compatibility before migrating stock
Being physically located in Australia is not the only issue. The marketplace region, shop currency and account type matter.
Who should choose an Australian-supported alternative?
Look for an explicitly Australian workflow if:
- eBay.com.au is your main store
- your listings and costs are in AUD
- Australia Post settings matter
- Depop is the main second marketplace you want to add
- you do not need Poshmark, Mercari or other US-focused channels
- you want support that understands Australian account fields
- you want a smaller, easier-to-check workflow
Australian availability should be a product feature, not an assumption based on being able to load the website.

A seven-step Australian compatibility test
If you still want to try List Perfectly, use a small controlled test.
1. Ask about your exact accounts
Name eBay.com.au, Australian Depop, AUD and your account type. Save the reply.
2. Confirm the final subscription charge
Check the billing currency, taxes and card total before starting a paid plan.
3. Import three different eBay listings
Choose different categories, item specifics and postage settings. Do not begin with your entire store.
4. Inspect every imported field
Check title, description, price, currency, photos, condition, item location, postage and quantity.
5. Prepare a Depop version
Confirm Australian sizes, categories, brand, colour, condition, AUD price and domestic shipping.
6. Inspect the live destination listing
The final public listing is the real result. Look at it as a buyer would.
7. Test sold-item handling carefully
Link only a small batch first. Confirm how a sale is detected, what needs the extension to stay active and how quickly the other listing is removed.
If any core Australian field fails, stop before moving more inventory.
Final verdict
So, does List Perfectly work in Australia?
It may be possible to access and test it, but List Perfectly does not currently promise full Australian marketplace support. Its own guidance says the platform is officially built, tested and supported for US-based marketplaces, while use outside the US is not guaranteed.
That makes it difficult to recommend as a dependable eBay Australia-to-Depop solution without direct confirmation and a successful account test.
List Perfectly remains a substantial cross-listing platform for sellers who match its supported market and want a large catalogue-based system.
Australian eBay sellers should give regional compatibility more weight than the number of features on the pricing page.
If Vendoo is the other tool you are considering, our Vendoo vs List Perfectly Australia comparison separates their regional policies, plan costs, mobile workflows and sold-item requirements.
