Short answer: PrimeLister can work for Australian resellers, and its documentation specifically supports eBay Australia.
That makes it more relevant here than many cross-listing tools built entirely around US marketplace accounts.
There are still a few catches worth understanding before paying for a year:
- the current pricing page charges in US dollars
- the Cross-lister requires a computer and Google Chrome
- Depop is supported, but the documentation does not give Australian Depop accounts their own regional compatibility page
- some PrimeLister documentation is out of date, including references to Poshmark Australia after that marketplace closed
- automatic delisting has important exceptions for multi-quantity listings and Facebook Marketplace

What is PrimeLister?
PrimeLister is a cross-listing and inventory tool for resellers who sell the same stock on several marketplaces.
Its Cross-lister can:
- import existing marketplace listings
- organise inventory using tags and groups
- reuse listing details and photos on another marketplace
- cross-list items individually or in bulk
- schedule listing, relisting and delisting tasks
- pair copies of the same item across marketplaces
- detect sales on selected marketplaces
- remove linked listings after a sale
- track orders and inventory in one place
PrimeLister also sells separate Poshmark and eBay automation products. Those are not the same thing as the Cross-lister subscription, so check which product is in your basket rather than assuming one payment includes every PrimeLister tool.
Does PrimeLister work in Australia?
Yes, there is solid first-party evidence for eBay Australia support.
PrimeLister’s Getting Started guide tells users to connect eBay accounts for the US, Canada or Australia. The connection instructions include a specific Start eBay AU option.
Its eBay troubleshooting guide also lists this error message:
Please login to eBay.com.au website
That is useful evidence because it names the Australian domain rather than displaying a generic eBay logo and leaving sellers to guess.
PrimeLister’s site is heavily written for US resellers, so an Australian seller should still test every destination marketplace. But eBay.com.au is not an accidental inference: it appears in the product’s own connection and troubleshooting instructions.
Does PrimeLister support eBay Australia?
Yes. PrimeLister documents eBay.com.au as a supported connection.
An Australian test should confirm that PrimeLister correctly handles:
- prices in AUD
- Australian item locations
- eBay Australia categories and item specifics
- domestic postage services and costs
- handling time and return settings
- quantity, SKU and condition
- linked listings used by automatic delisting
Do not judge the result only by whether the account connects. Import one real listing, publish one low-risk test listing and inspect the public eBay page as a buyer would see it.
The most important fields are often the boring ones. A title and photo can look right while postage, quantity or an item specific is wrong.
Does PrimeLister support Depop Australia?
PrimeLister lists Depop as a supported marketplace for importing, syncing, cross-listing, sales detection and automatic delisting.
Its setup guide tells users to log in to their Depop account, but it does not provide a separate Depop AU button or a detailed Australian Depop compatibility page.
That does not mean Australian Depop is unsupported. Depop does not use a separate .com.au marketplace domain in the way eBay does. It does mean the safest answer is to test the fields that change with an Australian account:
- AUD price
- Australian seller address and item location
- domestic shipping price
- category and subcategory
- brand, size and condition
- parcel details where requested
- the link back to the matching eBay item
Use two or three ordinary listings during the free trial. One simple T-shirt is not enough to expose category, shoe-size or shipping problems.
A warning about PrimeLister’s regional documentation
PrimeLister’s Getting Started page still lists a Poshmark AU connection.
Poshmark officially closed its Australian marketplace on 26 October 2023. Australian sellers cannot treat Poshmark AU as a current sales channel, even though it remains in PrimeLister’s documentation.
This does not cancel the separate evidence for eBay.com.au. PrimeLister’s eBay troubleshooting documentation also names the Australian domain directly.
It does show why a marketplace list should be checked against the marketplace itself. Software documentation can retain an old button after the underlying regional marketplace has disappeared.
For an Australian reseller, the practical question is not “How many logos are on the page?” It is “How many of these marketplaces can I actually sell on with my accounts?”
Which PrimeLister marketplaces are useful in Australia?
The answer depends on both PrimeLister support and whether the marketplace operates for your location.

Mercari also appears throughout PrimeLister’s feature material, but it is not a normal Australian local resale marketplace. A feature only has value when you can actually use the destination.
How much does PrimeLister cost in Australia?
PrimeLister’s current Cross-lister pricing page displays:

The live pricing page says charges are made in USD.
PrimeLister’s older pricing article still shows a Basic Cross-lister plan at US$29.99 and a Pro plan at US$49.99. The current public pricing page only presents the US$49.99 monthly option. Treat the live checkout as the source of truth and do not budget around the older Basic figure unless PrimeLister confirms it is available to you.
Australian sellers should also avoid converting the annual price once and assuming it will stay fixed forever. Exchange rates and card fees change the actual amount charged in Australian dollars.
What is included in the free trial?
PrimeLister advertises a seven-day free trial without requiring a credit card.
Its Getting Started guide says trial users can cross-list or relist up to 100 listings and perform up to 15,000 automation actions. Those limits are more than enough for a careful compatibility check.
Use the trial to answer practical questions, not to move as much inventory as possible:
- Can it import your existing eBay.com.au listings accurately?
- Does a Depop draft retain AUD, Australian shipping and the right category?
- Can it pair the same physical item across both platforms?
- Does a test sale appear in Orders?
- Does the other listing come down, and can you see any failure clearly?
You will learn more from five varied listings than from importing 100 near-identical items without checking them.
How PrimeLister’s automatic delisting works
PrimeLister documents automatic sales detection for eBay, Depop, Etsy, Poshmark and Mercari. It can automatically delist linked copies from eBay, Depop, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed and Shopify.
The feature runs in the cloud, so the computer does not need to stay on after the marketplace connections and listing relationships are configured.
There are several important conditions:
- the listings must be mapped to the same inventory item
- only orders placed after automation is enabled appear in the Orders page
- expired marketplace connections can pause the process
- failed removals need manual review or retrying
- Facebook Marketplace is not supported by Auto Delist
- multi-quantity or multi-size items are marked for manual action rather than automatically removed
That last limitation is sensible but easy to overlook. Automatic removal works best for one-off reseller stock: one jacket, one pair of shoes or one vintage bag.
If you sell several identical units, removing every linked listing after the first sale would be wrong. PrimeLister leaves those cases for the seller to manage.

Is PrimeLister cloud-based or browser-based?
It is a mixture of both.
PrimeLister uses a Chrome extension to connect marketplace sessions and complete parts of the setup. Its Cross-lister requires Google Chrome on a computer.
Newer Cloud Cross-Listing can run supported publishing tasks on PrimeLister’s servers after the job is launched. PrimeLister’s documentation says you can close the browser or turn off the computer while a cloud task continues.
The cloud cross-listing guide currently describes that feature as beta and lists Poshmark US, Poshmark Canada, Mercari, Depop and eBay as supported destinations. It does not separately say eBay AU in that cloud-feature table.
Because the wider product documents eBay AU but the cloud beta table does not break eBay down by region, test a small Australian task before relying on unattended bulk posting.
Can you use PrimeLister on a phone?
Not for cross-listing.
PrimeLister’s mobile FAQ says the Cross-lister is a Chrome extension that needs a PC with Google Chrome. It is not compatible with phones or tablets.
The separate cloud-based Poshmark Automation product can be managed from a phone or tablet. That distinction matters because the mobile statement does not turn the Cross-lister into a mobile app.
If your normal process is photographing and listing entirely from your phone, PrimeLister will require a change in routine.
What PrimeLister does well for Australian sellers
It names eBay Australia
This is the biggest positive. There is less ambiguity than with a tool that only displays an eBay logo.
It covers more than eBay and Depop
PrimeLister may suit sellers using Etsy, Shopify or Grailed as well. Central inventory and bulk actions become more useful as the number of real sales channels grows.
Auto Delist is documented in useful detail
The support page explains detection, targets, multi-quantity exceptions, connection failures and manual retrying. Those details help sellers understand what the feature will not do.
The trial is large enough for a proper test
Seven days is short, but 100 cross-list or relist actions allow a reseller to test several product types without paying first.
What Australian sellers should be cautious about
The website is US-first
PrimeLister’s homepage focuses on American resellers and US marketplace examples. The eBay AU documentation is real, but Australia is not the centre of the product’s marketing or help content.
Some documentation is stale or inconsistent
The Poshmark AU reference is outdated, and the older pricing article does not match the current public price page. Confirm anything that could affect a purchase or marketplace connection.
The subscription is in USD
At US$49.99 a month, the Australian card charge is materially higher than the number may first appear. A part-time reseller should calculate how many extra sales are needed to cover it.
It is not a mobile cross-lister
The Chrome-and-computer requirement will not suit everyone.
Broad software can be unnecessary
If you only want to turn selected eBay fashion listings into Depop listings, a large central inventory system may add more setup than value.

A practical Australian test plan
Do not begin by importing your whole store.
1. Connect eBay Australia
Confirm that PrimeLister recognises the .com.au account and shows the expected active listings.
2. Import three different products
Choose a basic top, a pair of shoes and an item with more detailed specifics. Check photos, title, condition, size, price, quantity, SKU and postage.
3. Prepare one Depop listing
Confirm AUD, category, brand, size, condition and Australian shipping before publishing.
4. Inspect both public pages
Do not rely only on the PrimeLister inventory screen. Open the live eBay and Depop listings as a buyer.
5. Pair the listings
Make sure both pages represent the same physical stock item in PrimeLister.
6. Test sold-item handling
Use a low-risk item or controlled test. Check the Orders page and confirm the other listing is removed. If that is not practical, ask support to explain the exact Australian flow before paying annually.
7. Review the final AUD cost
Check the amount shown by your bank or card provider and decide whether the time saved is likely to cover it.
Who should consider PrimeLister?
PrimeLister may be a good fit if:
- eBay.com.au is one of your main marketplaces
- you also use Depop, Etsy, Shopify or Grailed
- you have enough stock for bulk actions to save real time
- you list from a computer with Chrome
- you want one inventory view across several channels
- automatic delisting is valuable for mostly one-off items
- you are comfortable paying in USD
It may be a poor fit if:
- you list almost entirely from a phone
- you only cross-list a handful of items each month
- you sell many multi-quantity products
- Facebook Marketplace is central to your sold-item workflow
- you only need eBay-to-Depop reuse and want the lowest possible cost
Final verdict
PrimeLister does work with eBay Australia, and its documentation provides stronger evidence than a generic marketplace badge.
For Australian sellers, that earns it a legitimate place beside other broad cross-listing tools.
The recommendation is not unconditional. PrimeLister’s documentation still contains a defunct Poshmark Australia option, its older and current pricing pages disagree, and Australian Depop fields are not documented separately. The current Cross-lister price is also charged in USD.
Use the trial as a compatibility test, not a race to import everything. Verify eBay.com.au, one Australian Depop listing, the linked inventory record and sold-item handling before choosing an annual plan.
If those checks pass and you genuinely use several supported channels, PrimeLister may justify its broader feature set. If your workflow is simply eBay Australia to Depop, a focused local option may be easier to live with.
